We ate here last night and the food was excellent. The servers were very knowledgeable and there were lots of GF items on the menu.

Been here a few times with no reactions. Servers are very understanding about what has gluten in it. The potatoes are cross-contaminated, which is too bad cause they were very good for the non celiac. It gets very busy at night time. Will make gluten free food in a separate pan.

Super helpful about which items could be cross contaminated, I ordered the beef kebab with the sabzi instead of potato (for cross contamination reasons) - was excellent! Also, large portions, which is always appreciated. I ordered takeout but the inside looked really nice as well.

Zabi at the Afghan Kitchen was incredibly helpful with helping me choose gf options and explained which items may be cross contaminated and which would be safe. Felt great after and will absolutely come back.

Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and the many gluten-free options. We ordered the KBL to YVR platter and the beef kebab meal. Everything was delicious with ample portions and lots of leftovers. Great cocktail menu, too, with many unique drinks!

Amazing family run Afghan food. Excellent quality and service. Love the beef kebabs and both types of rice. Majority of menu gluten free. Never had a reaction after a dozen or more times eating there.
