Edit to a few times later.
When I first started coming they had a separate fryer for the chips. Today on my visit that was not the case. I told the server I had Celiac and she had no idea what that was. The manager came out and talked to me and I was very specific about my needs. Well fast forward to tonight and I am very sick. Will never eat here again!!!
When I mentioned I have Celiac disease the waitress told me they take it very seriously, they got an entire day of training in just celiac. She assured me their chops are fried in a dedicated fryer, when I asked about their street tacos with a corn shell she went and checked with the chef and he said he would clean the grill before doing mine as well as change gloves and be very cautious. The food was great and I felt they went out of their way to ensure I was safe. The best part being that I didn’t get sick!

First experience for lunch was good, everything was negative for gluten on my Nima. The next 2 times when we went for dinner, all my tacos tested positive for gluten. Waiter informed me that they only have one fryer, so nothing that is fried is truly gluten free.
