Chef spoke with me over the phone to answer all of my questions about preparation. Assured me everything would be made from scratch in a safe work space for my meal and made some recommendations from the menu. When I arrived, staff mentioned my “allergy” before I even had a chance to remind them and they were amazing in helping me choose a delicious meal. Chef Agi went so far as to change his regular preparation style for his lamb so that I could safely enjoy it. The menu has quite a few delicious naturally gluten free options and they offer GF pasta as an option. I did not feel like I was inconveniencing them at all and they made sure I felt comfortable. The service was excellent. I had a warm vegetable salad to start and rack of lamb (so delicious!) with mashed potatoes asparagus and broccolini. Highly recommend for an upscale experience.
