AI Fusion Sushi & Grill

I have eaten at multiple sushi places around the area and this was by far the worst. The food server told me that the Cancun Roll is GF but it is not. If I had eaten it I would have gotten very sick. Their sticky rice has gluten, as does their sauces, salmon, tuna, etc. The food server was very rude and NOT knowledgeable about gluten allergies/celiac disease, or their own menu. I finally talked to the manager after I insisted even though the food server had basically told me chefs/manager don’t speak english. The manager was more helpful than the food server, but when I got the sushi it was very plain and tasted old. I did not get sick, although I was very stressed the whole time. I do not recommend coming here, especially for fellow celiacs.
