For reference, I just recently started working at a coffee shop just nearby Air Margaritaville so I will share my perspective as a semi-frequent ‘customer’.
I can very confidently say that the staff are very conscious and caring about gluten cross-contamination. Both current managers (July 2022) are very cautious about cross contamination and make sure that separate grills, surfaces, utensils, and oils are used to prevent any and all cross contamination (if not separate, then they are thoroughly cleaned).
As far as menu items go, there aren’t too many gluten free specific items. They have the basics like eggs and other food items that naturally come without gluten. Their fries are gluten-free and fried in their own oil so there is absolutely no cross contamination with anything like breaded chicken. They also carry gluten free buns which open the door to burgers, breakfast sandwiches, etc.
Unforunately, I cannot give any input on the alcoholic/beverages sold as I am underage and have no knowledge of their contents.
Overall, I can confidently say that Air Margaritaville is a very gluten friendly and conscious restaurant! If you’re ever flying out and are looking for a hot meal I 100% suggest stopping by (:
