Aji Limo Truck

No separate gluten free menu, but most items are or can be made gf. Staff was knowledgeable. Truck is tucked in the back of the lot so you have to search a bit. Shrimp plate was good. Salad was fresh. Atmosphere was cute.

Many gluten free items. Food was okay. Ahi tacos were pretty good on corn. Rice that come with it was covered in soy sauce which made it very salty.

Many other food trucks in same parking lot.

I was able to get fish tacos here on corn tortillas. I didn’t feel sick, but they weren’t my favorite tacos. The servers on that day were not very familiar with gluten, or they just didn’t want to answer my questions. They kept repeating the sauce is gluten free but I was obviously concerned about how the fish is cooked, etc. It ended up being fine, I’m glad I was able to find a meal while on the north shore.

These guys were fantastic. Although there is no mention on the menu if you tell them you need gluten free they will be very happy to accommodate. The young lady serving was gluten intolerant so they understand. The Poke was just perfect. This is my go to place in Sharks Cove.

Great food truck if you are celiac. I ate here after snorkeling at Three Tables. They knew exactly what was NOT gluten free (which was very little) and happily offered to make those items gluten free if I wanted. I got the shrimp plate. It was very tasty, would recommend!

They have much more than tacos, their plates and Poke bowls are out of this world and incredibly fresh. I had their sesame crusted salmon and salad and it was out of this world delicious and different.
