They had very little idea what items were gluten free and what weren't. They came up with a few gf options but all of them excluded any sauces. I wouldn't suggest going here if you have celiac.

The staff knows a ton about gluten and how to keep things clean and separately prepared for Celiacs. Fantastic sushi, super fresh and Liza knew all of the menu tricks. Also the head sushi chef used a separate cutting board. So happy to eat sushi here without worries!
