Aji Sushi

A sushi place in college station that’s good with Celiac? I was skeptical, but Aji was amazing! Our waitress was very nice and understanding of the allergy. Said they clean everything and use a separate cutting board for allergies. They also have gf soy sauce.

I got Salmon Nigiri and a Philadelphia role and they were amazing! Great quality fish and taste. They do get busy, so I’d try to go early if you can. Will definitely be back.

Great sushi selection on a Gluten Free menu, Gluten free soy sauce, and great fried rices. Had Salmon roll Rainbow roll, and shrimp fried rice. So good.

Pretty good sized gluten free menu to choose from. It says to order without sauces, but they do have GF soy sauce. Enjoyed my meal.
