this place was fun! it has no detected gluten free menu, but it does have the option of making your own gluten free pizza, though it’s unsure of the options for individual slices can be made gluten free. it also doesn’t list what toppings can be made gluten free, so it’s a little bit of a guessing game and asking the staff—which are happy to check! it does say that the gluten free crust is made in a dedicated pan, but it’s a bit of a leap of faith in terms of cross contamination. i didn’t have a reaction, which makes me think they are super good about cross contamination because i am super sensitive.
the pizza was also pretty good itself! the crust is thin and crispy and has a really nice rosemary seasoning! there’s also really nice indoor and outdoor seating options.
