I checked ahead and was very excited to be told that they had lots of GF options, but when I got there was so disappointed. They only had 1 vegetarian option and I had to remove the tofu, bamboo, and all sauces but the black garlic sauce. They did offer rice noodles and gave me a hard boiled egg instead of ramen egg. So the dish was flavorless and they didn't have a GF soy sauce option.
