This is one of our favorite places to dine and we’ve never had an issue. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about GF options and keeping our son’s food separate. Highly recommend!!

Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about GF options. I felt very safe with the answers I received to my questions! Favorite sushi spot here in the capital district by far.

Just finished an amazingly delicious lunch here. The waitress was immensely knowledgeable about gluten free and the need to watch for cross contamination. The waitress automatically told me how she would be switching out the seaweed wrap for a soy wrap because when she called the manufacturer of the seaweed wrap previously they couldn't confirm it was gluten free. She mentioned that even though it should be safe, she didn't want me to risk it. She also mentioned that she knew that people who have gluten issues also have dairy issues and knew to warn me about dairy. And knew to tell me to watch out for the immitation crap meat. They were truly amazing hosts and will be a new favorite of ours. We got the Miami roll, cucumber avocado, Philadelphia roll, and spicy tuna roll. They also can do many of their dishes gluten free. If you've been thinking about it... go!!

Very knowledgeable. They have rice noodles for Pad Thai and took extra care when I said it was an allergy. Sushi was even wrapped in special paper.

Very accommodating. They even had separate wrappers for the sushi rolls. I will definitely go back again.

We absolutely live this place. They seem to be knowledgeable and careful. They are also kind and accommodating. It is just so good. I wish it cost less but I think it's worth it!

This is by far our favorite restaurant! Super knowledgeable and accommodating and the food is amazing.

Excellent knowledge of which options on the menu are available gluten free. Use GF soy sauce. Delicious hibachi and Mochi ice cream.
