So many of the rolls are gluten free and they have gf soy sauce. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about the menu. I ate two different rolls and did not get sick. The resistant was full of customers at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon which was a good sign. Was it the bear sushi? Probably not but it def hit the spot and in a town where not much is GF it is a definite win!

Gf soy sauce, excellent about cross contamination if you tell the staff. They will customize rolls and make any tempura boiled or plain for rolls. So good. Cheap!! And always fresh!! I recommend the Alaska Roll and the Salmon Love roll with boiled shrimp.
