As a former Food Service worker here, I can say the kitchen is very clean and the workers care about making sure no one gets sick! Managers are aware of how to make sure nothing is cross contaminated. For day to day your options are very limited sadly as friers share oil with breaded items meaning fries are not safe. The burgers are safe somedays, but other days the whole grill is used to toast bread leaving it risky. They offer many safe snack foods up front such as nachos, popcorn, and chips, as well as safe salads.

In short, Friers are not safe Grill is hit and a miss For private catering it is very safe!
