Most things are gluten free and they've never made me sick, but food can be hit or miss. I am a fan of the #3 chicken breast plate. Bread comes in a separate bag if you forget to say no pita. Dedicated French fryer. Grape leaves are safe to eat. Would stay away from tabouli as it is typically made with cracked wheat.
