Review of Ristorante "Al Viminale"

Delicious food and good service. We shared the caprese, I had the cacio al pepe for dinner and finished with the panna cotta. All were delicious and didn’t feel sick afterward despite being sensitive (and celiac). Like the rest of Italy just make sure to them know ‘senza glutine’. The carbonara is ‘life changing’ per my husband.
