Review of Alamo Drafthouse

I've gotten served wheat THREE times. It's a great atmosphere, and love the concept, but serving supposed "gluten-free" food, in the dark, is a bad idea in general. The last go round, my hatch chili fries had a few chicken nuggets at the bottom of the pan! Not lying. The managers have always been very nice when the episodes have happened in past, but the truth is my life (I'm Epipen allergic to wheat) depends on their adherence to strict standards in their kitchen to keep their customers safe. Thus far, even after alerting the manager to my cross-contamination on other visits, I repeatedly have been exposed. So, again, great movies- life-threatening, (in my case) lax attention, to serving gluten-free!
