Be careful here. Bartender said many gluten free foods. Fries and wings, etc fried in own separate fryer. While this is true, the oil is combined with all fryers oil and filtered every night and then put back into Fryers the next day. This totally wouldn’t be safe for a person with Celiac disease. Speak with manager on all supposedly gluten free food!!
