Stopped in on a whim and was not disappointed! They have gluten free cannoli shells that are certified gluten free from a separate location. When you order, they go back, remove the shell from the package, fill it and serve you the cannoli. Obviously, this is an Italian bakery and there is always a risk of cross contact, especially in a bakery scenario, but this seemed like a perfectly safe risk to me and I did not get sick. The cannoli was delicious and I would absolutely recommend stopping here!
