What an amazing experience! We did the tasting menu, and they made amazing substitutions! Accommodations were amazing and some of my table mate were a bit envious. Gluten-free options were not labeled on the menu, but the staff made sure that each dish I had was GF.

It was amazing - the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. While the menu is small most can be made gluten free without to many changes. Delicious food great service.
