The server explained that everything there is made from scratch, so they are easily able to accommodate. They have a dedicated fryer, so I had to try the fries and they are amazing (think McDonalds skinny crispy fries but gourmet). Also tried the cauliflower crust pizza (gf) and it was delicious. The server assured that they bake it safely, e.g clean surfaces and the chefs are knowledgeable. Very friendly service. Fairly meat heavy menu. Okay ambiance (probably the best you're going to get for small town dining); unfortunately there were 2 tables next to us that had screaming, messy kids. It's hard for me to know if I got glutenated, as I don't have reactions. But overall it felt safe and the food was excellent. Would go back.
