Dedicated fryers and wait staff totally knowledgeable about celiac. Even remade one item when the server wasn’t 100% sure it was done right. Everything is marked on the menu so it’s easy to navigate.

Definitely celiac friendly. Gluten free bread kept separate and wasn’t bad. Appetizers and entree were charged to accommodate our needs. Suggestions were made by knowledgeable waitress and food was excellent. Some of the best salmon I have ever had ... and after 20+ years in the PNW, we know good salmon! Recommended!

We had a great weekend at Alderbrook. Everyone from hostess to wait staff to chef was knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. They have gluten free bread kept in sealed packages with a separate toaster. Fries were made in a pan and not fryer. Celiac and no illness made for a great trip and we had planned to only cook in the kitchen in our cottage. So nice to be able to go to the restaurant.
