I spoke with the chef who recommended I not eat there because they take no special precautions with the gluten free pizza in terms of prep station or cooking.

Gluten free pizza with all the toppings. The crust is thin and crispy. Baked to perfection. I'm extremely sensitive to gluten and have never gotten sick. As a bonus, they don't charge you an arm and a leg for a pre-made frozen pizza like some others.
