I decided to try Ales to see how it was GF wise. There was no GF menu. No dedicated GF fyer. The server was very helpful when I forgot to say no croutons on my salad. He made it over without. I asked if the potato skins could be baked and not fried...he got the kitchen to do so. I ordered the tilapia and shrimp. No where on the menu does it say the tilapia is brwaded...but the seasoning on it does have flour so the server graciously offered to get me the sea bass instead . I did start to get a little sick to stomach about 10 min after eating. I'm not celiac so I'm sure I got some cross contamination. More than likely from the grill.
