Review of Alex's Fresh Kitchen

Celiac here and got the FRIED CHICKEN SANDWHICH WITH FRENCH FRIES... LITERALLY INCREDIBLE!!! The Owner, Alex, has family members with Celiac and is extremely KNOWLEDGABLE on gluten free protocols and avoiding cross contamination, ALL of the chefs are extremely knowledgable. I have eaten here twice both times getting the GF FRIED CHICKEN SANDWHICH WITH FRIES AND IT IS HEAVEN ON EARTH! WAY BETTER THAN CHICK FIL A AND 0 GLUTEN WHATSOEVER. NO BREAKOUTS! I can tell if something is cross contaminated the minute i eat it because my arm starts getting red and rashy and i start to itch, this has NOT happened at Alexs fresh kitchen so I know that they really know how to prepare GLUTEN FREE! Lemon Cake Banana bread chocolate peanut buutter cake, suuuuper rich and flavorful. They also just added gluten free FRIED PICKLES TO THE MENU, as well as theyre adding gluten free beer soon!
