Alex's Pizza Palace

They do have a cauliflower pizza crust, but waitstaff are entirely untrained and unaware. Kitchen staff would not come out to talk with me ("too busy"). I'm with a large party so made a best guess for a safe dish. I'll update afterwards if I get sick.

Whole family is gluten free, with celiac. We have eaten here multiple times with no issues. It’s one of our favorite places to go when in Rolla!
