Great burgers! They have 3 places in Madrid, to make sure there’s no cross contamination and is celiac friendly you must go to Conde de Aranda’s one. The other ones they’ll give you a roasted potato and adapt the menu but the waitresses may not be very aware about the subject and in general you’ll be risking yourself.

Maybe one of the best places in Madrid for burgers. There are gluten free options with burgers and bun. Fries can be also gluten free. Some deserts are gluten free
