This is my go to place in Edmond. I’m a very sensitive celiac, I’ve never had a reaction. Chip made in separate fryer. Steak and chicken tacos are excellent.

This was one of my top gf restaurant experiences. The waitress offered to get the manager and he came out to chat.
Ignacio confirmed whether is was celiac and then did everything he could to put my mind at ease about their processes in place to avoid cross contamination.
The owners have a focus on this due to celiac in the family. GF options marked on the menu as well.
There were a lot of choices - and the chips had a dedicated fryer. I had soft taco, cheese enchilada, rice, chips, cheese sauce, salsa, relish. (Ignacio is going to confirm whether or not the Blanco Queso is gf for our next visit bc it is not made there.)
Best time to go is 2:00-5:30 when they’re not too busy so they can focus on safety.
It’s our current #1 gf Mexican restaurant in Edmond/OKC metro for safety.
We will become regulars after this red carpet treatment.
Upon return, the GM Sylvia, took great care of us!
Next visit we saw our favorite from Leonardo’s Mexican that had closed down - Jaime!

I’m extremely sensitive to gluten exposure and generally know if I’ve been glutened while eating. Menu has gf options marked, but ask about sauces as they are not marked. We told the waiter our table was gf. After ordering, the waiter came out to inform me that the cooks said the chili sauce and the sour cream sauce have flour added. If he had not warned me, I probably would have gotten sick. I went with the queso and am fine. My kids are not having stomach issues either. Overall, food was good and it was nice to find an enchilada option.

We went to this restaurant after reading the reviews, and it was great. When I asked they provided me with a separate gluten free menu that had a lot of options. The waitress was knowledgeable and even caught that they had made the food wrong. She had them remake it gluten free for me (they had originally made it with a flour tortilla instead of corn). I had the fajita chicken enchilada with green sauce, rice and steamed black beans. Tasted great and I didn’t get sick!
Just ask for the gluten free menu. They were very helpful in making sure I was at ease with what I was served.

Good menu (small assortment but detailed), friendly and understanding staff. Food was yummy and smothered in delicious cheese. parking is a nightmare on Friday night though.

Tastes just like Ted’s and it’s gluten free! They have a good amount of options and the food is great!
on two occasions they gave me flour tortilla instead of corn be very careful
My experience at Alfredo's was great! They seemed very knowledgeable and well trained in gluten free diets. Our server, JJ, was helpful and sensitive to my needs. The food tasted wonderful! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We have found a favorite Mexican restaurant!!

Brought me soft taco dinner with flour tortilla but then looked at it as he handed it to me and said, "No, you ordered from gluten free menu", picked it back up, and brought me the correct order within 5 minutes. Also had a manager come over and assure me they used a dedicated fryer for chips so they were gluten free, as well. Good service, in my opinion.
