My daughter, celiac, got the battered fries cooked in their gluten free fryer and felt no reaction. They claim their beers are gluten removed. Venison chili and butternut chili was labeled gluten free. We can only speak to the fries but worth more reviews. I have a celiac adult friend that drinks their beer.
