Spent two nights at The Loaf and found this amazing spot. Staff is highly knowledgeable and my son who has celiac had two incredibly tasty and safe meals. A hidden gem even if you don’t have celiac.

On top of the incredible food, the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Almost everything on the menu is either already gluten free or can be made gluten free. The bread option is great, and they even have gluten free crepes for dessert. A wonderful place to go after a day on the mountain.

Staff very knowledgeable about gluten-free and Celiac - head chef follows gluten-free diet. Delicious buckwheat crepes and salads. Other people in the restaurant were also ordering gluten-free entrees.
