Excellent staff, takes gluten contamination seriously when asked. I initially ordered pizza but they came back to tell me it couldn't be done as safely as needed, which in my opinion is an amazingly good sign, since too many restaurants make false promises to make a sale.

I wound up ordering one of their burgers, which can be made gluten free with cross contamination protection.
