Stopped in on a cold day. The pho was just what I needed. GF. It was great. The stock had a lot of depth. That was the only thing I had.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I called ahead of time and spoke with someone who seemed very knowledgeable about the menu and the way the kitchen works. He said all of the pho is GF with the exception of the tofu in the veggie pho, which goes into a shared fryer. He suggested fresh tofu which was what I went with. Great pho, but in the future I may get the veggie pho without the tofu and just have extra veggies or switch it out for shrimp. It’s now the following day and I feel good, no reaction.
