This is a wonderful local mom and pop restaurant. The Owner is very accommodating to allergies and is very outgoing and kind. He is starting out with GF buns at my request and providing fritos as a side to see how much of a demand he sees from the GF community. He is willing to expand into other areas to accommodate if he sees the demand that I know Lubbock has so please spread the word and go check them out!
