*WARNING: They use oat flour in all their baked goods. If you are sensitive to oats, beware.** Other than the oats they were amazing, accommodating and knowledgeable. The owner said he is very very careful because his girlfriend has celiac and he understands how difficult it can be. I wanted a pancake, but they use oat flour. The owner came out to speak with me, and was able to tell me precisely what had oats and what did not. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free, and a separate prep table for their gluten free stuff!
