Waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. Asked him to mark up on my menu what I could eat and he explained all of the options. He originally thought they had a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination but after speaking with the kitchen, he clarified that they would just bake anything that was fried so suggested getting something that didn’t need to be fried. Appreciated how diligent he was. Fairly limited gluten free options but felt safe eating there and no symptoms.
