The server was lovely and explained that the gluten free pizzas are prepared separately, he explained this before I even asked which I always find comforting. Whilst we were unable to have the bread whilst waiting, they brought us Schar gluten free breadsticks.

Excellent pizza, warm fresh made crust. Such a treat and great selection of options. Menu shows certified by Italian celiac organization.
