Review of Allergy Free Baking Company

100% gluten free! Adorable bakery with a big selection of yummy items. I bought an everything bagel and cinnamon rolls (made Saturday mornings). The bagel was so incredibly tasty and had the right amount of chewy texture. It was more raised and bigger than a lot of other gf bagels from the store. The next day it was a bit drier but it’d be perfect toasted! Cinnamon rolls were super delish but needed more cinnamon and less glaze for my taste. I’d still get them again and usually I love glaze but it had a lot! Can’t wait to try their scones, cookies and pumpkin bundt cake!
