The waitress showed me what on the menu was gluten free and it was most of the entrees. The food was amazing and so far no adverse reactions from it.

The staff is very educated. They will make food with gluten free soy sauce so you can order almost anything off the menu. The food is excellent. You definitely want to put this on your list of must haves.
