Review of Alley Oops Uptown

At first I thought my only option was a salad as that was the only thing labeled “gluten friendly” on the menu, but the server was fantastic about verifying that the meats and dressings were all GF. Then at the last minute I noticed that other menu options could be modified to be “gluten-friendly” so I ordered the Chicken Chesapeake. Right before the food came out the server came out to verify what sides I wanted stating “there will be cross contact in the fryer” and offering me which options were safe. The food came out and was amazing and I didn’t get sick. [I’m intolerant, not celiac] Will definitely be back in the future!
