Review of Alleycat's Gourmet Sandwiches

I told them I had a gluten allergy, they said they have a gluten free bun. I asked if gloves could be changed for prep and they said no cause they were too busy and it would break the flow. Suffice to say I didn't eat here. My husband said his non-GF sandwich was good though
