Aloha Thai Fusion Restaurant

I almost walked nearly an hour to this food truck, but it was late, decided to go to a Thai food truck around the corner from my hotel, only to learn, it’s the same food truck. It’s delicious! Green curry is GF & amazing. I’m thrilled to learn there is a location just around the corner.

Take out Thai. They said the fried rice, pad Thai, and dirty were gluten free. The pad Thai was good, the curry (red) was amazing. Hands down the best curry I’ve ever had.

I ordered the pad Thai with Shrimp and had it delivered. The flavor was amazing. I have Celiac and had no reaction! I’ll definitely order from here again the next time in Maui.

The staff immediately helped me identify GF (and dairy free!) options. I ordered the green curry with chicken on rice, but the red curry, pad thai and several other offerings are also GF. They can also serve the pulled pork sandwich on rice if you ask to make it GF. Tip- the meals are pretty big so I’d recommend splitting them. The food was great!
