Review of Aloy Modern Thai

So sad to say I’ve gotten sick after eating here on more than one occasion. Their pad Thai is SO GOOD but I’ve been sick every time I’ve had it. The waitresses are not knowledgeable on celiac. I’ve simply been told “if I mark a gluten allergy, they’ll take care of it”. I was trying to figure out if maybe the noodles were cooked in the same water and asked to talk to someone in the kitchen and the waitress assured me everything was fine and I didn’t need to do that.

Then once again I got sick from eating there. Very bummed to say this, but my fellow celiacs - please be aware of their Pad Thai.
