Small menu as it was end of ski season. All GF items are marked on the menu u, but good choices available. Server did notify that they could not guarantee no cross contamination

There are quite a few GF options and they were clearly marked on the menu. I had the calamari and the pork chops. Both were very good.

We stayed at The Lodge at Spruce Peak and ate breakfast here 3 days. The person at the desk clearly was confused by gf options and when I first asked if they could provide safe gf options for my daughter, she asked if she ate fish. Weird first question for a kid at breakfast, ha. But then she spoke to the chef and they said they could accommodate so we tried it and it ended up being a decent experience. They have eggs, bacon, sausage, and can steam mini potatoes instead of using the shared fryer. My daughter had the hash one day too. I asked about the oats being certified and they said yes, but I would double check about the brand if ordering. We asked about bread and was told there were no options. I guess the pastry chef (who we later leaned was gluten intolerant) felt bad and whipped up some delicious blueberry muffins for us to have as a surprise, so that was nice. *If planning to stay here, maybe even try to contact them when you check in about your needs and who knows, maybe you'll get some extra goodies when you go!
