Their fries are GF but I always tell them I have celiac disease and ask them to make sure no one touching my fries will have touched any gluten or changes gloves. Feels a little nerve wracking to me in such a busy restaurant like this but have gone as an occasional treat. Curious others’ experiences who are symptomatic when exposed to gluten or if folks have tested with Nima.
I have also gotten their fries at their booth at the Champlain Valley Expo when all they were making/selling was fries and felt safer in that context.
The fries are pretty good :) They also have self-serve condiments (ketchup and I forget what else), with a pump and those little paper cups. I think they also have packets too.
They sell soft serve in warmer months and I imagine would be GF in a bowl.
They have burgers and stuff too but I don’t think is GF. Could ask if could make on separate surface but is so busy I’ve been doubtful.
