If you’re celiac and looking to eat on Grouse Mountain, pack your own food! The Altitudes Bistro lists gluten free buns and a salmon quinoa salad as gluten free options, but after the server spoke to the kitchen it’s clear they have no separate food prep area and I was told cross contact was highly probable. They’ve also incorrectly listed Omission (a barley based gluten reduced beer) as gluten free. Not a great impression overall.
