Amami Sushi

Please be careful here. The food (raw fish) is AMAZING and they claim the rice is gluten free, both wonderful things! I ate here and I feel okay.That said...Their fried GF items are not gluten free - there is fryer cross contamination. The spicy tuna had fish eggs in it, which are usually glutened but they said nothing to me about it when I ordered. Again, I do not feel sick, I feel healthy/fine, but this is a restaurant to ask lots of questions and make sure you feel comfortable before ordering.
