Ate here two days in a row while visiting. Used to eat here all the time before I was diagnosed celiac and their gluten free crust was indistinguishable from my memory of the real thing from way back. So delicious. Wish I had one near me. They did say they cook pizzas without pans and it would be in the same oven. I asked if they could cook the gluten free on aluminum foil to reduce cross contamination and they accommodated me both times. I had zero gluten reaction.

They have a really good gf pizza! It is nice and fluffy unlike most very hard and burnt gf pizzas you can get!

I would not recommend this place for people who are even gluten sensitive. Nothing is marked and I don't think they do much to avoid cross contamination. I ordered corn tortilla chips and cheese and got sick somehow.

We go to The Ambassador mostly for pizza and cocktails. They offer a medium size pizza with a good thin, crispy crust. You can order any pizza gf. The pizza is very good!

Had a nice salad, but kitchen is not able to protect against cross contamination with any other offerings. Was lured in by offer of “GF options” but thankful that server was honest about kitchen’s inability to provide separate preparation area.
