Amber’s specialties are treats that are traditionally eaten with breakfast or brunch along with your favorite morning beverage. But, she also loves to make celebration cakes/cupcakes and other yummy GF treats!

Amber’s home and kitchen are dedicated Gluten-Free because she’s Gluten Free – and has been since early 2000’s! Most products are also Soy Free and many can be made Vegan (V), Dairy-Free (DF), and Egg-Free (EF). If you have other dietary restrictions, Amber’s happy to try and accommodate them. She’s also open to taking completely customized order requests if you don’t see something on the menu you like. Don’t be shy – just ask!

Although her products aren’t necessarily “healthy” she does try to use the healthiest version of all ingredients. Amber won’t feed you what she wouldn’t feed her family and friends! So, that means, most ingredients are natural, organic, and non-GMO. If it’s on the “Dirty Dozen” list, she will only use the organic version. She only uses NUT FREE flours and milks too! If you’re not sure about ingredients – just ask!

This is a home bakery*, so it is not open to the public. To get your hands on these delicious 100% Gluten Free baked goods you’ll need to place an order or check out her weekly bake sales on Social media if you’re local to Tualatin, OR. For pre-orders you can get your goodies from her front porch, delivered to your door or through the mail! Check out her online "shop".

Amber’s bakery is a licensed business, she has a food handlers’ certification, and has professional experience in not only food service – but also in healthcare.
