New menu avocado crab appetizer was DELICIOUS! Gluten free buns for sandwiches and delicious grilled chicken sandwich and salads.

I was not at all happy!! First of all only two things on their menu are gluten free. So I ordered both. My daughter ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. It took an hour to get our food. My dads food came out cold and mine was so bland like no flavor at all. Our meals for 4 of us was 110.00 and I was sick for two days after😩. Do not recommend for celiac!!

No gluten free menu available. Waitress wasn’t able to answer my questions regarding gluten free items. I was told there were no gluten free buns or corn tortillas, which is contradictory to other reviews on here. I had to go off my own knowledge and hope for the best. I had a lettuce wrapped burger and side salad- felt fine that night but wish they had more options.

The menu has been reduced to hardly any options for GF. There is NOT a dedicated fryer and they simply offered GF buns for a burger. We did not dine here.

We had a lovely lunch at Amelia Tavern this week. The maitress d' had to check whether they had gluten-free options, but our server was very knowledgeable and I had an excellent gluten-free (celiac-level) lunch. Choices come down to several salads, with or without added protein, and a number of their sandwiches can be served on a g-free bun or bed of lettuce. I chose the Mahi Tacos, and they were Excellent. I had them on lettuce wraps, which were extremely messy; corn tortillas are also available. I will likely be back next time I'm in Fernandina.

Best GF hamburger buns on Amelia Island! Fries are normally from dedicated fryer but you must ask if manager approves that day/night as apparently one manager actually monitors fryer activity. No issues our last meal after checking with kitchen on fryer. Honestly, best GF burger! Mexican street corner might be GF as well, just doublecheck.
