Review of American Flatbread

Wish we could give it Zero stars because of their attitude and lack of caring. We ordered the gluten free pizza, as we have in other wood fired pizza place’s however when it came they told us it was cooked on the same stone as all the other pizzas and covered with flour. Ok. We asked would they make a new one cooked in a pan? No they would not. They said their people don’t wash hands between pizzas and wouldn’t make an exception. Had a starving son so we just up and left and went to Shaw’s to buy food. Wife stayed since we were with other people.
