Stop their every time we go to Vermont. I have never gotten sick from the pizza and I have celiac disease. They cook the pizza on a separate pan to avoid cross contamination. Just verify that you are sensitive. Overall, great experiences.

Now, they will prepare the pizza in a back kitchen. Obviously the environment isn't completely gluten free as flour is in the air, but Flatbread does everything they can to avoid cross contamination.
